November 16, 2007 PITTSFIELD – Greylock Federal Credit Union and Greylock Insurance Agency announced that its annual employee United Way campaigns surpassed previous records by 18%. President Angelo Stracuzzi thanked campaign tri-chairs Dan Dillon, Scott Grady and Kathy Chenail for their efforts in coordinating fun events to encourage employee participation.

“I am so proud of our Greylock employees and their continued support for United Way and other community initiatives,” Stracuzzi said. “Clearly Greylock’s member service ethic attracts employees who enjoy helping other people, and that certainly includes maintaining a strong United Way in Berkshire County.”

Greylock employees raised more than $66,000 through employee pledges, bake sales, raffles, mum sale, used office furniture sale, miniature golf tournament and other special events.

Greylock also donated the services of Assistant Vice President Karen Reilly through the Loaned Executive program. Greylock’s corporate donation provided an additional $30,000, which includes a partnership with Johnson Ford to donate a car raffled off in support of United Way.
