Rys, Greylock’s Chief Financial Officer and Controller, joined Greylock in 2003, with more than 16 years of combined banking and credit union experience. Prior to coming to Greylock, he held the positions of CEO at Landmark Credit Union in North Adams, Vice President of Accounting Operations for Legacy Banks Holding Company, Senior Vice President/CFO and Treasurer for Lenox Savings Bank, and the Controller/Treasurer for Mulitibank West/First Agricultural Bank. John’s additional responsibilities include overseeing the financial aspects of Greylock’s Credit Union Service Organization’s businesses and the credit union’s investment committee. John and his wife, Kathleen, reside in Dalton.

Zimmer, Greylock’s Chief Information Officer, came to Greylock in 1999 with more than 20 years experience working with technology and operations. He began his career with Albany Savings Bank then moved on to Troy Savings Bank before joining Greylock. Under Kevin’s leadership, Greylock has migrated to new core operating systems and enhanced security of member information. Zimmer is also the Information Security Officer and vice chairs Open Solutions, Inc Northeast Client Group. Zimmer and his wife, Kristen, have two children and reside in Stockbridge.
