Eileen Miclette was promoted to Vice President Risk Management, Compliance and Audit. Miclette oversees Greylock’s risk mitigation initiatives, monitoring quality control and compliance with State and Federal regulations. Miclette, a Pittsfield native, attended Berkshire Community College and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University. Miclette also attended the University of Massachusetts’ MBA program. She began her career with Greylock five years ago after a 10-year stint as an FDIC examiner. Miclette resides in Pittsfield with her husband John and son Nicholas. She is vice chairman of the Board of Directors of the Pittsfield Family YMCA and Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the Berkshire Arts & Technology Charter Public School (BART).

Judi Bishop was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Internal Auditor. Reporting to the Supervisory Committee of Greylock’s Board of Directors, Bishop plans, organizes and implements the activities of the audit department. She received her Bachelor’s degree in finance from North Adams State College, now known as Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, and joined Greylock in 1998. She was raised in Williamstown, where her father still resides. Bishop now lives in Southampton with her husband George, daughter Sarah and son Ryan. She volunteers on the Hampshire County Parent Teacher Student Organization, the Hampshire Regional High School Booster Club and the Pioneer Valley Junior Soccer League Association. A Quality Control Specialist will also join the group in 2008. Stracuzzi said, “As Greylock becomes larger and more complex, we continue to elevate our level of attention to risk management, compliance, audit, security and quality control.”

Terry Ziemba has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Training and Staff Development Officer. In her new role, Ziemba will facilitate training and development for the front line branch staff. Ziemba began her career with Greylock in 1995 as a Teller Supervisor in the Adams branch, holding various positions in the Credit Union as Assistant Branch Manager, Training Specialist and Teller Operations Supervisor. Born and raised in Shelburne Falls, Ziemba and her husband Mike, residents of Adams, celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary this year and have 3 children: Michael, Laura, Sarah and a daughter-in-law JoAnne. Taylor Ann, their first grandchild, is the newest addition to the family. Ziemba is a board member and Membership Chairperson of the Berkshire Management Association, a member of the Adams Agricultural Commission, Adams Agriculture Fair and Junior Achievement volunteer, and actively participates in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and Berkshire United Way events.
