October 12, 2018 – Pittsfield, MA – Greylock Federal Credit Union will offer free small business seminars beginning in October. These seminars are offered as part of Greylock’s Member Educational Series and will focus on specific concerns to small businesses in our community.

“Berkshire County is known for its innovative and vibrant small business community,” said Greylock President/CEO John L. Bissell. “Greylock is proud to partner with area businesses to support their significant role in our local economy.”

The first seminar, Succession Planning, will be held on Wednesday, October 24th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at Greylock Insurance Agency at the Allendale Shopping Center in Pittsfield.

The evening is designed to help small business owners and management teams that may face a transition in leadership over the next 10 years, specifically owner/operator retirement. Michael Vann from the Vann Group in Springfield will help attendees develop exit plans based on their unique needs and business goals.
