Masten came to Greylock in 2011 with more than 10 years of experience in banking, commercial lending, credit risk management and compliance.  He will manage Greylock’s regulatory compliance efforts and assist in the implementation of proactive institutional risk mitigation strategies.  Masten has a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) designation, holds a bachelors of science degree in finance from Siena College and is a graduate of the Berkshire Leadership Program Class of 2007.

Masten is a past chair and current member of the Berkshire Leadership Program Steering Committee; treasurer of the Pittsfield Anti-Tuberculosis Association; member of the Western Massachusetts Compliance Association; and has served in various capacities for the Berkshire United Way.

He lives in Pittsfield with his wife, Jennifer and their two children, Alexis and Noah.
