April 21, 2016 – Pittsfield – Greylock Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors has approved the promotions of Janine Maschino to Vice President, Manager of IS Operations, and Mark Solak to Vice President, Manager of Consumer Lending. Maschino was previously AVP, Manager of IS Operations. Solak was AVP, Manager of Consumer Lending. Both will continue in their current positions with expanded responsibilities.
Maschino has been with Greylock for 8 years. In addition to overseeing the Credit Union’s technical support operations, she manages Greylock’s Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Vendor Management and IT Compliance programs. With this promotion, she will be taking on additional responsibilities for managing the networking, application and database management functions as well as the staff in those areas. Prior to joining Greylock, Maschino spent 30 years working with other Berkshire County financial institutions where her experience included branch management and lending before she became involved in technology and operations.

Solak joined Greylock 10 years ago in Branch Management. In his current role, he has led the continued growth of Greylock’s indirect lending program and upgrades in the Credit Union’s Consumer Lending Department, including centralized underwriting, improved asset quality, and enhanced reporting. Solak’s new responsibilities will include the expansion of Greylock’s New Road Loan program, due diligence on a new student lending program as well as loan profitability and department efficiency. Prior to joining Greylock, Solak spent more than 25 years with other Berkshire County financial institutions in branch and operations roles.
