    Greylock Federal Credit Union

  • UPDATE: MARCH 11, 2020

    DATE: MARCH 11, 2020

At Greylock Federal Credit Union, the health and wellness of our members and staff is our top priority. We are working with regional officials and taking direction from the CDC so that we can do our part to lessen the impact of the COVID-19 virus.

We’re taking a common sense approach that includes the following:

    • We encourage members to use our remote banking services whenever possible. Greylock’s onlinemobile and telephone banking services allow Members to do nearly everything they need from home. We ask that you please consider using ATMs to access your cash. Greylock representatives are available 24/7 at (413) 236-4000.
    • Our facilities team is making every effort to deep clean and sanitize branches, workspaces, common areas and regularly touched surfaces. Still, please exercise care and common sense when visiting us in person.
    • We appreciate the patience and understanding of our Members as it is likely that some services will be disrupted at times.

We will continue to keep you updated as we respond to changing conditions. We will all get through this together!
