This month, Greylock Federal Credit Union will be hosting two free workshops on the topics of estate planning and preparing to buy a car (in Spanish).

On Tuesday, June 10, the credit union will host the virtual workshop, “Estate Planning (I’m not dead yet!).” The session, which will be held from 6-7 p.m., will provide information on the best way to protect relatives and friends from dealing with extra costs, barriers, and frustration in the wake of the loss of a loved one.

On Monday, June 16, Greylock will host a virtual workshop “Preparing to buy a car,” which will be presented in Spanish. The session, from 5-6:30 p.m., is designed for individuals who intend to buy a car in the next year and will focus on developing a budget for additional costs, creation/repair of credit, saving for a down payment, obtaining insurance, and options that Greylock offers for car loans.
