In her new role, Roberta will manage Greylock’s marketing department, ensuring its brand and image are communicated effectively across all channels. She will also develop a comprehensive data-driven, digital-first marketing program incorporating communications, creative services, and public relations to meet Greylock’s vision to be the face of financial inclusion in the communities they serve.

Roberta joins Greylock from the City of Pittsfield, where she led communications for the mayor’s office for the past eight years. Before that, she worked in the global manufacturing and healthcare industries, higher education, and city government. Roberta holds a master’s degree in social policy from SUNY Empire State College and a bachelor’s degree in print journalism from New York University. She is also an alumna of the Leadership Institute for Public Policy and Impact (LIPPI) through the Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts.

Roberta is a trustee board member of the Norman Rockwell Museum. She also holds several leadership positions, including 3rd Vice President, Committee on Trustees member, and Education Committee chair. She’s also on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts Central and Western Massachusetts and mentors youth through the Rites of Passage and Empowerment Program. Roberta is part of the Women of Color Giving Circle of Berkshire County. She is a 2021 Inclusive Leadership for Social Change alum through The IDEA Institute of Multicultural BRIDGE. Roberta is also the host of the radio show and podcast, "Backstory-Let’s Hear It,” which airs on 89.7 WTBR-FM. It can also be accessed online and via platforms where podcasts are available.

She lives in Hinsdale with her husband, Warren Jr., and their children, West, Kennedy, and Warren III.
