Tips to Avoid the Drive Up Lines

Thank you for your patience while our branch lobbies are closed. Here are some helpful hints to help you avoid the long drive up lines while our branches remain temporarily closed.

Depository/Drop Box

Available 24/7. These drop off locations allow for many non-cash transactions:

  • Loan/Mortgage/VISA Payments – Please write the account to be paid and your name and phone number onto an envelope and place the check inside.
  • Check Deposits - Please write the account # to deposit into and your name and phone number on an envelope and place the check inside.
  • Insurance Payment - Please write the policy number(s) to be paid and your name and phone number on an envelope and place the check inside.
  • Available at the following branches: Adams, North Adams, Great Barrington, LanesboroughMerrill Road in Pittsfield and at Greylock Insurance Agency - Allendale Shopping Center in Pittsfield.
