April 4, 2016 – Pittsfield – Greylock Federal Credit Union (GFCU) has announced the promotion of Shenna Bradford to Assistant Vice President, E-Commerce and Contact Center Manager. Bradford came to Greylock in 2003 and has served as E-Commerce and Contact Center Manager since 2010. She will continue to manage these areas and is responsible for Greylock’s E-Service platforms.
Greylock President and CEO John L. Bissell said, “Shenna has shown strong leadership and operational management prowess over the years, overseeing many E-Commerce and Contact Center-related initiatives. Additionally, she has been providing administrative and instructional support for Greylock’s newly expanded Member Educational Series. Shenna is an extremely valuable and forward-thinking member of our management team and we congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion.”
Bradford is a 1993 Pittsfield High School graduate and 2000 graduate of McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She volunteers as a Financial Tools teacher with Habitat for Humanity. Bradford lives in Pittsfield with her family.
