Recently I stood in line behind someone using a financial app to pay for his groceries. The app wasn't working well, and he asked the salesclerk to troubleshoot the issue. She respectfully suggested he would need to contact the financial technology company that sold him the app. We all expect technology to make our lives easier, to solve problems, but often it gets in the way, and then we need a human to step in and help. At Greylock, you have both.

Our Credit Union is rich in member touchpoints. This makes good business sense because our members are our shareholders. You are an owner of Greylock, and you represent our most valuable asset.

Relationships fuel our mission because members are at the center of all we do. From daily in-person transactions within our branches, to the human support at our Contact Center, as well as the convenience offered through Greylock's own digital banking app, our focus is serving our owners.

This means that you have a vote and a voice - and it's heard at the Board level. Your feedback matters. Every call, email and survey helps make us more responsive to your needs and interests. In 2025, at your behest we enhanced our digital app. We expanded hours and features with Video Teller Services to allow for greater access to financial assistance, and annually we host nearly 1,500 free coaching and classes to support financial wellness.

This responsiveness to your needs and interests correlates directly with Greylock's success. I'm gratified to report that your Credit Union is doing exceptionally well. After a great finish to 2025, our first quarter of 2026 is off to an equally great start. We have $218 million in capital reserves, including $100 million above the threshold required to be well capitalized - this is powerful signifier of Greylock's strength and health.

Every month, we welcome between 300 and 400 new members who want to be part of this financial cooperative that creates value by serving others, rather than by extracting wealth from them.
