Greylock's Associate Board Member Program is designed to prepare future credit union leaders by providing meaningful exposure to board governance, strategic leadership, and community impact. As a member-owned financial cooperative, Greylock is committed to developing leaders who reflect the voices, needs, and future of the communities we serve.
The Associate Board Member Program offers selected participants the opportunity to learn about credit union governance, board service, financial institution oversight, and strategic decision making. Associate Board Members will gain first-hand experience through board meeting observation, mentorship, and educational opportunities. This program is intended to build a strong pipeline of future volunteer leaders while supporting Greylock's long-term commitment to sound governance, diversity of thought, and community representation. The program will include up to three Associate Board Members in accordance with established term limits.
